Ingredients

  • 750 gmgrated gajar
  • 250 gmsugar
  • 300 gmunsweetened mava
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1 pinchCardamom powder
  • 2 tspRose essence
  • As neededDryfruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the grated gajar in 2 cup water till become it soft. Remove the excess water.

  2. 2

    Take a pen put ghee & saute the cooked gajar for half minute. Add sugar & cook till the ghee release.

  3. 3

    Add mava, cardamom powder, rose essence and dryfruits. Mix well. Ready to serve hot hot gajar halwa.
