These brownies are good and fudgey but light. Pretty sweet because of the banana so the banana/ flaxseed is there for a less sweet option. Refined-sugarfree.

These brownies are good and fudgey but light. Pretty sweet because of the banana so the banana/ flaxseed is there for a less sweet option. Refined-sugarfree.
Steps

Preheat oven to 180C.

In a big bowl, mix the dry ingredients for the brownie.

In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients for the brownie. You can use a blender but usually it’s easy enough by hand.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix well.

Pour the brownie mix into a lined baking tin (22cm x 22cm).

Mix the swirl ingredients together. Dollop on to the brownie mix and swirl through.

Bake for 25 - 30 mins.

Leave to cool and then cut and enjoy 😋Best kept in the fridge - and they taste good the day after baking too!
