Ingredients

  • 250 gamala (gooseberry)
  • 1 cupgrated gur or sugar
  • 1/4 cuppowder sugar
  • 1/2 tspBlack salt
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp + pinch of ajwyan (carom sseds)
  • 1/2 tspginger powder
  • 1/2 tspasofetida powder
  • 2 tspdry mango powder
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled or steam the amala if you aur boiling add 1/2 cup water in pressure cooker and give 2 whistles to it drain out from the water. Water do not throw it can be used with lemon and sugar just like sharbat or use for hair wash

  2. 2

    When steam will go and Now remove the seeds from amala and grind in the mixy jar to a smooth paste no need to add water

  3. 3

    Now measure the pulp it is all about 1 cup and gur or sugar for same measure. Now heat the pulp for 2-3 minute add gur or sugar keep Stirling all the time on med to slow flame

  4. 4

    When gur or sugar dissolved add all dry ingredients one by one and stirring when all moist dries up

  5. 5

    And leave the pan now cool it and make small ball with the help of sugar powder and coating with sugar powder all candy keep it in the fridge for setting after 2 hours
