Peel the outer skin of nutmeg it is green in clour and cut into pieces make sure immediately add little salt otherwise it's colour will change we need white in clour

Heat oil and a pan add mustard seeds when spluttering add curry leaves now add pieces of nutmeg raw add or dry ingredients and pickle powder mix all well

When cool keep in airtight container in the fridge enjoy with rice and poori masala
