Ingredients

  1. 1/2gourd sliced
  2. 1 tspcumin seed
  3. 1 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  5. 1 tbsppoppy seeds paste
  6. To tastesalt and sugar
  7. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add gourd slices and saute well

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

  4. 4

    As it is soft and dry add poppy seeds paste

  5. 5

    Add sugar and mix well and switch off serve it with rice
