Ingredients

  • 1 tinpeak milk
  • 2tblspoon of yoghurt
  • 3cloves
  • 1/8 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Add milk to a clean pot

  2. 2

    Add water and cloves

  3. 3

    Let it come to boil then drop from heat and add the yoghurt

  4. 4

    Stir and remove the cloves

  5. 5

    Freeze and serve chilled super delicious and healthy
