Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcurd
  2. 2 cupsemolina
  3. To tastesalt
  4. 1 pouchEno
  5. 1 cupBoiled matar
  6. 1 Bay leaf
  7. 1 tbspoil
  8. 2chopped onions
  9. 1chopped tomato
  10. 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tbspcoriander powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the curd,semolina,eno and the salt into a batter

  2. 2

    Leave it for 10-15 mins

  3. 3

    Put the batter in the idli maker and steam it for 5 mins in the woven

  4. 4

    Next we will fry the pan for the ghuguni after that add the bay leaves

  5. 5

    Add the chopped onion, and other spices then mix them well

  6. 6

    Add the chopped tomato and boiled matar, then mix well till u get a thick consistency

  7. 7

    When it is ready serve hot
