Ingredients

  1. 1.1/2 cup semolina
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 2 spoonchopped coriander leaves
  4. 3 spoongrated carrot
  5. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  6. To tastesalt
  7. 1 packeteno
  8. 1 spoonoil
  9. 4-5curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Put semolina,curd,grated carrot,coriander,curry leaves,salt in a mixing bowl.

    Add some water make a idli batter.Keep aside for 30 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds when crackle add in idli batter mix it well

  4. 4

    Add eno and mix well.grease oil in idli stand pour this batter and steam for 10 minute.

  5. 5

    Serve with coconut chutney.
