  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 1onion
  4. 1carrot
  5. 1capsicum
  6. 1/4 cupgreen peas
  7. 1/2red and yellow bell pepper
  8. someGreen chillies
  9. 1 sacheteno
  10. as requiredRefined oil
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. somecoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop all the vegetables and add the vegetables to the batter and add salt to taste.

    Add eno to it and pour the batter in the already greased idli stand and steam cook for 5-7 mins on high flame.

    Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds when crackle add green chillies and coriander leaves and use it for garnishing the idlis.

    Serve hot with green chutney and bhujia.
