Steps

Wash and peel the potatoes and boil and keep aside

Prepare sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar and keep it aside to cool

Mash the boiled potatoes and mix flour and cooking soda and knead it into a dough

Mix mawa and sugar for using as filing

Make balls of the mashed potato dough and fill it with the filing prepared. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it

Put the fried balls into the sugar syrup and your Aloo Pitha is ready to be served
