2 cupgram flour
4 cupbuttermilk
to tasteSalt and red chilli
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspfenugreek
1 tspfennel
1 tspkalonji
1 tspcumin seeds
2 tbspoil

Heat oil in a pan add fenugreek,fennel,kalonji and cumin saute for a minute,add all dry spices

Mix besan and buttermilk and keep aside
3

Niw add buttermilk mix and continue stirring it till a boil,boil it for 15 minutes and serve
