Ingredients

  1. 6large potatoes(peeled and cut to wedges)
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1 tspchilli powder
  4. 1tsbp Rosemary
  5. PinchYellow food color
  6. 2tsbp oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients

    Preheat oven to 250° line the baking tray with foil. Spread a small amount of oil.

  3. 3

    Put the potatoes on the tray leaving space in between. Bake for 35mins or until crisp. Keep turning the potatoes time to time to ensure they cook evenly.
