First we take a fry pan and add oil / ghee now add chopped onion, patato,green chilli and now add haldi powder,red chilli powder,salt,garam masala and fry for 10to 15 min. And tadka is ready.

Secondly we take a bowl and add lassi and besan and mix them proprly and now we add this mixer in the tadka, and also add kasturi methi.Boil for 20 to 30 min.

Kaddi is ready
