1 cupall purpose flour
1 tablespoonmustard seed
salt
maggi
dry pepper
1egg

Clean and cut fish to pieces and salt

Season the flour slightly with the salt, maggi, dry pepper, and add the mustard seeds

Break the egg in a separate bowl

Then deep the fish in egg then flour and deep fry on medium heat until golden brown
