Wash turkey and pat dry, blend pepper and onions and mix in garlic and ginger paste together with the pepper blend, salt, knorr cube, oregano, soy sauce, coriander leaf and set aside

Combine turkey and the mixed pepper paste for marinade and in a bowl and cling film the bowl and refrigerate overnight

Preheat oven on 180degree and turn on the grill. remove turkey and place in a baking dish or an oven tray and send to the oven for about 1 hour, I had to do 2 batches cos the bought a quarte

Once the turkey is cook through inside and the body is getting dry and abit brown remove from oven and set aside arrange peppered sauce and toss the grilled turkey into it and serve.

Serve with meal of the day and store the remaining in the fridge for emergency meal prep
