Ingredients

  1. 300 gcanned tuna
  2. 1/2Onion
  3. 2tblp scallion
  4. 1 cupboil potato
  5. 1 cupflour
  6. 3eggs
  7. 1and1/2 breadcrumb
  8. Oil
  9. Red pepper
  10. 2maggi

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients to make the tuna kabab mixture in a mixing bowl.

    Make small rounds from the mixture. Flatten them a little bit.

  3. 3

    Coat the kabas with all purpose flour on both the sides. Dip them in egg white and then coat with bread crumbs on all the sides.

    Make all the kababs in the same manner.

  5. 5

    Cover the plate with Kababs with a cling film.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a flat non stick pan.

  7. 7

    Deep fry the kababs till golden brown from both the sides.
