Halfpurple cabbage
Halfwhite cabbage
1/4 cupmint leaves
1 teaspoongarlic and ginger paste
1/2cilantro
2 Tbslemon juice
1cherry tomato
1 tbssugar
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonblack pepper

Cut the vegetables, wash and keep aside.

Wash the herbs and keep aside

Mix the lemon with blackpepper, salt and sugar, garlic and ginger, blackpepper.

Arrange the vegetables and herbs on a serving dish, drizzle the lemon mixture and serve.
