Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1 tbspyeast
  3. 2larg egg
  4. 1 tbspbutter
  5. 1/2Sugar
  6. 1 tspmilk flavour
  7. 1/2 cupwater
  8. 4 cupsoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix water,egg,yeast,milk flavor & sugar,mix them using a whisk until light and fluffy

  2. 2

    Add the flour gradually & Then add the butter & knead again for about 10-15mins,cover & keep the dough for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Then add the butter & knead again for about 10-15mins,cover & keep the dough for at least 2 hours.

  4. 4

    Roll the dough & cut to desired shape,sprinkle some flour on a plate & arrange the doughnut,cover & put dem back under d sun and allow to rise.

  5. 5

    Heat the oil in a large skillet.Use a wide cooking spoon to raise the doughnuts and deef fry for 6 mins 3 mins on each side.
