Ingredients

  1. Halfpurple cabbage
  2. Halfwhite cabbage
  3. 1/4 cupmint leaves
  4. 1 teaspoongarlic and ginger paste
  5. 1/2cilantro
  6. 2 Tbslemon juice
  7. 1cherry tomato
  8. 1 tbssugar
  9. 1 teaspoonsalt
  10. 1 teaspoonblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the vegetables, wash and keep aside.

    Wash the herbs and keep aside

  3. 3

    Mix the lemon with blackpepper, salt and sugar, garlic and ginger, blackpepper.

  4. 4

    Arrange the vegetables and herbs on a serving dish, drizzle the lemon mixture and serve.
