Take a pot and heat some oil about (150 ml)
Fry all the eggs cut into two pieces.
Take the fried eggs out and put it onto a plate.
Add ginger garlic paste into the left over oil of the pot and mix properly. - 2
Add finely chopped onions in the pot.
Saute the onions for 2 minutes after that add finely chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder
Saute all the spices for at least 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes add chopped tomatoes and garam masala powder into it and salt as per your taste. - 3
Add fried eggs into it and mix well.
Add some water into it about 100 ml or more and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Your egg curry is ready.
Turn off the gas flame and Garnish it with some finely chopped coriander leaves.
Eat it with chappati rice etc.
