Steps

Heat a wok. Once heated add all the kadhai masala ingredients and roast it.

When spices turn aromat and changes it's colour turn off the flame. Allow them to cool. Once cooled make a course powder. Your kadhai masala is ready.

Again heat a wok and add oil in it. Once oil is heated add garlic and fry it for a minute.

Now add sliced Onion in it and cook till translucent.

Now add tomato and cashew in it.

Once tomato become soft turn off the flame and allow it to cool.

Once cooled down make a smooth paste of it and keep aside.

Again heat a wok and add ghee.

When ghee is melted add bay leaf and green chilli and fry for a minute.

Now add Onion cubes and capsicum cubes in it.cook them till they shrink a little.

Now add turmeric powder and kashmiri red chilli powder and cook well.

Now add Onion tomato paste and cook it.

When paste changes it's colour add kadhai masala and salt and mix it nicely.

When spices starts leaving oil add water in it. Adjust consistency.

Now add paneer cubes and cream and mix it carefully. Cook for 5 minutes.

Now add garam masala and mix everything properly.

Now your kadhai paneer is ready. Serve it hot.
