Yam and Egg sauce

Peel yam, Wash, add salt and cook until soft.

Heat up oil, add sliced onions, then add tomatoes paste and fry, add maggi, coriander and stir. When it's really fried, break your eggs directly into the pan and fry on low heat until the egg's well fried, put off heat and serve with boiled yam.
