Steps

Cook your meat and assorted parts till tender

Wash and prepare all ingredients

Blend all peppers together with onions, chop half of the onions down. Do not blend peppers smooth.

Heat up oil in a pot, fry the chopped onions a little then fry the pepper. Once fried add some salt and pour the cooked meat and little stock into the fried pepper

Add in the dried fish and fresh iru stir and allow to cook for a few minutes. Sauce is ready

Serve with either ofada or any rice of choice
