Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlbesan
  2. 10-12mirch
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. As neededwater
  5. 1 tbspaamchur powder
  6. Oil to fry
  7. 1/2 tbspcoriander powder
  8. 1 tbspcurd

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a centre cut on mirch

  2. 2

    Add all spices in curd and add it in the cut of mirch

  3. 3

    Take a bowl and mix water and besan

  4. 4

    Dip the mirch into besan and fry it till golden brown

  5. 5

    Serve hot
