1 can (300 g)condensed cream of mushroom soup
30 gpackage dry onion mix (see recipe this poster)
250 mLbeef broth
1.2 kgpot roast beef
2potatoes cubed
2carrots cut lengthwise and sliced
1zucchini cut lengthwise and sliced

Mix the cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and beef broth. Place pot roast in a slow cooker and coat with the soup mixture make sure you poor well over meat

Cook on low setting 8 to 9 hours until meat is done
