  • 1Canned Chickpeas (drained, washed and dried)
  • 2 tbspOlive Oil
  • 2-4 tbspWater
  • 3/4 tspCummin Powder
  • 1/4 tspPaprika
  • 1 tbspLemon Juice
  • 1Garlic Clove Minced
  • 1/2 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to a food process. Process until smooth and creamy. If needed, add more water to thin out the hummus.

  2. 2

    Store covered in a refrigerator.
