Cut and wash chicken wings

Mix soysauce, seasoning, brown sugar, crushed peppers,garlic and ginger together

Soak the chicken wings in the marinade for 6 hours or overnight in the fridge in an airtight container or ziplock bag.

Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and set aside.

In a bowl pour cornstarch and coat the chicken wings with it, coat all pieces and keep aside.

Meanwhile fry oil in a pan until its hot.fry chicken pieces until golden and drain. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.

Fry the remaining marinade and use it as a dip.
