Mix basen oil,salt chilli powder and water to make soft dough

Make a small balls and shape it like clyinderical and boil them 6 whistles check it then they are cook well off the flame

Take out water and cut it into small round pieces.

Heat the oil sprinkle the cumin seeds add the grinded batter cook till golden brown

Add all spices cook for 5 minutes add the gatte and water boil the10-15 minutes switch off the flame.

Your vegetable is ready to eat serve with Chapati and garnish with coriander leaves.
