In a pressure cooker add chopped onion, chilli, garlic, coriander, palak chopped and washed, cinnamon, black pepper corn, salt, ginger chopped, and water as required. (1 cup near to)

Do 1 whistle and turn off the heat. Wait to cool down. Then crush then into smooth paste.

Chopped potato into cubes, and boil into water with salt. Keep aside.

Heat oil into a big pan, add cumin seeds and wait to splitter. Add hing/ asfoitida, then add palakh puree and cook for 2-3 min. Then add Turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, garam masala.

Taste the puree and if u want, add some chilli powder.

Add potato and mix well. Simmer for 5-7 min again.

Serve with paratha or naan.
