1/2 kgcarrot
250 gramaloo
1/2 kgpeas
as neededginger
2green chilli
to tastesalt,red chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
as neededoil

Steps

1

Firstly cut aalo,gajer in small pieces and Peel the peas and wash this.

Take one table spoon oil in a pan and add ginger and saute it for 1 mint.

After this add another veggies and all spices in it and mix well.

After 10 mint. our dish is ready to eat.
