Steps

Wash and perboil rice. Wash and boil with hot water until the rice is tender.

Bring out previously cook turkey gizzard and cut into smaller pieces and fry.

Bring out chopped and sliced tomatoes with onion and the vegetables from fridge then fry and add seasoning cubes

Continue frying until its dry

Wash plantain and cut plantain. Then fry and set aside

Now pour the fried gizzard and plantain inside the tomatoes and stir fry awhile, add stock, salt and a little water and allow to simmer for some time

Taste and balance the ingredients and serve
