Boil the Rice. Let it cool.Grind the mint and Dhania leaves aside to be added with the gravy.

Prepare the gravy with oil onions,tomatoes,ginger,garlic and green chillies. Then add the mint paste to the gravy.

Once the gravy is ready starts separating oil.Add all dry ingredients: salt,Turmeric powder,cumin& coriander powder and a pinch of Garam masala.

Lastly add the cooked Rice to the gravy. Mix all the ingrediets together. And spread some dhania on the top before serving.
