For fried noodles :Heat the pan add water and salt after boiling add hakka noodles when hakka noodles boiled 80-90 percent then strain the water add little bit oil in it

Then take a sauce pan add oil when oil is hot put hakka noodles on pan fry from all the side it should be crispy from all over side after fried the noodles remove in a bowl

Then using same pan add oil, cabbage, onion,capsicum,carrot saute for 20 sec then add water after that add shezwan sauce and little bit salt mix it well cook for 2 min then add 1/2 cup cornflour slury (cornflour + water)cook for a min

Then serve in a fried noodles bowl

Garnish with chopped spring onion leaves
