Oil less Okro soup with Ugwu

Steps

Wash ur beef and place in a pot, add ur knorr, onions and salt and cook on its stick for abt 5 mins, then add more water and cook till done and soft.

Wash ur Okro and slice and set aside.

Wash and slice ur Ugwu and set aside.

In ur blender, roughly blend d pepper and onions and set aside.

Once ur beef is done and d stock is not much, add ur crayfish,Okpei,Blended pepper and bring to a boil,

Add ur Okro and cook for 2-3 mins on high heat.

Add ur Ugwu,stir properly to incorporate everything and cook for 2 mins. I usually like my Okro Crunchy.

Ur Oil less Okro and Ugwu is ready, enjoy with any swallow of choice.
