Take a wok. Add 2 cups of water, Jeera, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp refined oil and then roasted suji. Stir it continuously. Avoid lumps. Cook it till suji becomes thick. Let it cool. Take boiled and mashed potatoes, add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves, green chilli and suji. Mix all the ingredients nicely and make dough. Grease your hands with oil and give the desired shape and deep fry them till golden brown. Serve it hot with chutney or ketchup.
