Steps

Roughly chopped saag and palak and wash it

In a pressure cooker add saag,palak, chopped Chillies, water cooked to 5-6 whistles allow to cool.

In a mixer blend the cooked saag to paste.

In a pan add oil chopped Chillies, onion, Ginger,garlic, tomatoes and saute it till light brown.

Now add all spices and blend saag and mixed it well and cook for 3 minutes.

Serve saag with roti or makki ki roti..
