Take a bowl add besan, ginger paste, salt and curd

Stir it continuously and add water in this paste and stir it again but contionuously....dont stop...

Add the paste in a kadahi

Stir it at low flame don't stop if u don't stir it will not form properly

Stir it at low flame for 10 to 12 minutes

Take a flat plate and spread this paste fastly till it cooled

Add chooped cabbage, carrot and coconut on the plate

Now cut the pieces and fold with light hands

Now took a pan add ghee and mustard leaves, kadi patta and green chilli

Flame off the gas and pour this tadka on khandavi
