  4. 1 sachettomato paste
  5. 1large Onions
  6. 5tblsp Veg oil
  7. 5 cubeSeasoning and small salt
  8. Spinach
  9. Garnish with
  10. Carrots
  11. Green papper

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop onions and scotch bonnet,in a pot add meat chopped pepper and onions, fry

  2. 2

    Add small water to it, add seasoning and potatoes

  3. 3

    In yadahu add spinach, dice green papper and carrots to garnished, ready to serve
