  • 1 kgplantain
  • Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Coconut cream
  • Corriander
  • Onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the bananas.

  2. 2

    Fry onions till ready, add tomatoes when ready add the bananas fry for some time add some water and salt to taste.

  3. 3

    When almost ready add the coconut cream let it boil till ready. Garnish with corriander
