Ingredients

20 minutes
4_6 servings
  1. 4 cupsboiled rice
  2. 1 cupboiled spinach puree
  3. 1 cuporange carrot puree
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1 cupboiled peas
  6. 1/2 cupfried onion rings
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 1/2 tspgrinded black pepper
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  11. 2 tspoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Divide the boiled rice in to three equal parts.

  2. 2

    Heat pan and add one part of rice,spinach puree,salt and red chilli powder. Cook till puree is absorbed in rice.

    In another heated pan,add another part of rice with carrot puree,salt & red chilli powder.Cook till it absorbs with rice.

    Heat oil in a pan with cumin seeds,when they crackle up add remain part of rice with all the ingredients and peas.Mix well.

    In a seving plate,first put orange colour rice then white colour and lastly green colour.

  6. 6

    Garnish with peas and fried onion rings.You can mix all the rice also and then eat.
