Ingredients

  1. 500 gminced meat
  2. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  3. 1medium onion, finely diced
  4. 1 bunchdhania, roughly chopped
  5. 2eggs
  6. salt and pepper
  7. oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a clean bowl, mix all the ingredients together

  2. 2

    Using a dessert spoon, scoop and make balls. Let them rest for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Heat oil, enough for shallow frying, in a large skillet

  4. 4

    Dip in the balls and let them brown

  5. 5

    Serve as a snack with tomato sauce
