  • Crumbled moimoi
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Sausage (cooked)
  • Egg
  • Smoked fish
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Onions
  • Seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease silicone pan with butter

  2. 2

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the crumble moimoi, sausage, onions, seasoning, scotch bonnet with the eggs and cheese.

    Scoop into the silicon pan almost to the top. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until is cooked through.
