Ingredients

1/2 kgshakarkand (sweet potato)
1/2 tspchilli powder
1/2 tspchat masala
1/4 tspjeera powder/ cumin powder
to tasteSalt
as neededOil for shallow frying
as neededChopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Par boil the sweet potatoes. Cool and peel

Cut the sweet potatoes slant wise
3

Heat little oil and shallow fry the sweet potatoes till crisp
4

Remove on a kitchen paper tissue. Transfer it in bowl
5

Sprinkle chilli powder, chat masala, jeera powder, salt and toss

Garnish with coriander leaves
