  • 200 gmall purpose flour
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • As neededoil to fry and knead the dough

    Knead a soft dough with flour, salt,sugar oil and water

    Keep aside for 30 minutes

    Now knead it again and divide into small portions

    Roll it into round shape and deep fry
