Steps

Mix all the ingredients in cooking pan and bring in the fire. Stir until become sticky. Then add rose water. Don't keep this boil, just become sticky then off the fire.

Remove from fire then put in any serving bowl

Mix cream toppings (nestle cream and sugar) except pistacio nut powder.

Atfer you put the lialeh in bowl put up cream and spray pistacio nut powder.. then put inside the refrigerator to become cold.

Serve while cold.
