Steps

Grate carrots and beet roots.

Take ghee in a pan add grated carrots and beetroot and saute.

Add milk and cook for 15 mins. Once the mixture is cooked add sugar and cook till sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes thick.

Add mava, elaichi powder and mix well.cook for 5 mins.

Add coarse chopped almonds and mix.
- 6
Ready to serve.
