Steps
- 1
Melt white chocolate in double boiler.
Take it out of the double boiler and keep it lukewarm. - 2
For caramel carrot, take a small pan and add 1 tbsp sugar. When the sugar has melted, add grated carrots and stir for a few minutes.
- 3
When the colour gets caramelized, put off the flame. Then transfer it to a plate immediately as it can burn quite quickly.
- 4
Do the same for caramelized peas.
Divide the melted chocolate into three parts. Mix one with orange food colouring, one with green, and leave one as it is. - 5
If the chocolate starts solidifying, melt it or microwave it for a few minutes.
- 6
Take a chocolate mould for orange chocolate and pour the chocolate halfway; then add a bit of caramelized carrots and cover it with chocolate. Put it in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.
- 7
Follow the same process for green chocolate and caramelized peas.
Do the same for white chocolate and grated coconut. - 8
Put it all in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.
After setting, your tricolour chocolate is ready to serve.
