Ingredients

  1. Mbuzi
  2. Rice
  3. Pilau whole
  4. Iliki
  5. Tomatoe paste
  6. Soy sauce
  7. Chillies or black pepper
  8. Tumeric
  9. Ginger
  10. Rosemary leaves(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil mbuzi

  2. 2

    After its done fry it with all ingredients apart from pilau whole until brown

  3. 3

    Warm the whole pilau mix for 5mins then crush them until fine

  4. 4

    Pour/sieve them in the measured water to boil for the desired rice..then put rice and cook in a low heat
