Day old bakery bread
Butter
1egg, equal part buttermilk
Vanilla
Cream cheese
Cinnamon
Honey and pecans for topping

Heat a skillet on medium heat.

Make cream cheese sandwiches. Stir together egg, buttermilk, and vanilla in a shallow dish.

Add some butter to the skillet and dip cream cheese sandwiches in egg mixture. Place in skillet and cook on both sides, adding cinnamon.

Top with honey and pecans.
