Ingredients

  • Day old bakery bread
  • Butter
  • 1egg, equal part buttermilk
  • Vanilla
  • Cream cheese
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey and pecans for topping

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a skillet on medium heat.

  2. 2

    Make cream cheese sandwiches. Stir together egg, buttermilk, and vanilla in a shallow dish.

  3. 3

    Add some butter to the skillet and dip cream cheese sandwiches in egg mixture. Place in skillet and cook on both sides, adding cinnamon.

  4. 4

    Top with honey and pecans.
