  • 2eggs
  • 2 tablespoonflour
  • Tspn corn flour
  • Carrots
  • Cucumber
  • Spring onions
  • Tomatos
  • Onions
  • Seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice all the vegetables

    Add the eggs and seasonings

    Add sifted flour and cornflour

    Mix everything, apply some veg oil on ur pan and scoop some of the mixture, fry untill both sides are fried

    I served/ate mine with akara i bought from me kosai😜 and added some salad cream on it
